The holding deposit is refundable providing all references have been completed and tenancy agreed within 15 days. The holding deposit will not be refunded if an applicant fails to take all the reasonable steps to enter an agreement such as provide incorrect or false information, or if he/she fails right to rent checks.
NOTE- ALL MONIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND REFERENCES COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TENANCY.
This is certainly an option providing all parties (tenant, landlord and agent) are in agreement. When paying upfront both the deposit and references still apply.
Yes. Our referencing team will need access to your last year of accounts to verify income. If you have been self-employed for less than a year you may need to provide a guarantor.
Depending on the property availability, move in can be as quick as 48 hours subject to the referencing and tenancy paperwork being completed.
Any decoration or changes to the property must only be carried out with prior permission from the Landlord in writing.
