From our very first interaction with Saxe Coburg they have been thoroughly professional and helpful. Even we had a change of agent mid-process the transition was seamless and our new person, Clair, has been exceptional in terms of communication, efficiency and helpfulness. No task requested or question asked was too much trouble. Very, very impressed and satisfied.

The sale did not go smoothly and we had to contend with the loss of the first agent with whom we agreed the purchase, and then with a series of hitches in the sale arising from issues with the lease and with issues arising from difficulties the vendors were having with their onward purchase. It took over seven months for what should have been a relatively simple purchase and given that when we sold our last flat we had two buyers pull out, one on the day before contracts were to be exchanged, you may imagine that we found the whole experience very stressful and draining. Throughout this however, Clair proved to be a tremendous help to us and a real asset to your company. She was always cheerful and upbeat, always responsive and positive and always willing to push and prod on our behalf to try and keep things moving along. When she was stymied by slothful solicitors she was reassuring and calm and again, positive.
Clair really kept us sane throughout a very frustrating period and seemed to have a real empathy for our situation and knew just what to say to keep our spirits up.

Thanks to Clair, what was an overwhelming and often distressing 6 months, she managed to get the sale of my flat completed. I have no doubt that without her, it would’ve fallen through.
