Today, the Cliff House Hotel in Southbourne has completed on its sale, meaning new owners are moving in – just in time for Christmas – thanks to local Estate Agents Saxe Coburg.
After concerns the iconic building would be knocked down or converted into flats, Saxe Coburg has facilitated a successful sale which keeps the Cliff House running as a boutique hotel.
The property was under offer to property developers for a long-time however Saxe Coburg found hoteliers with a passion for history very quickly and are delighted to have been able to wish them well today (see image 1)
