Julian is the Area Sales Manager for Saxe Coburg. He oversees all aspects of residential and commercial sales for the company. Having worked in the property industry within the local area for over 24 years, it is fair to say Julian’s property expertise and knowledge is second-to-none. He has gained professional estate agency experience from both corporate and independent agents over the years; something he describes as invaluable. In addition, Julian has worked for a local development company specialising in land acquisitions and new-home sales, adding further industry expertise to his roster. Julian joined the company with a view to building a team where customer-service is the main focus, as well as to give honest advice that helps people move. He believes that Saxe Coburg will be market-leaders due to their innovative ideas combined with traditional hard-work. Charlotte Hannen

Lettings Director

I joined Saxe Coburg as a junior member of the Lettings team in 2006. Through working hard, attending as many training courses as I could and striving to give good customer service, I was able to work my way up to my current position as Area Lettings Manager. I find communicating with Landlords, tenants and staff very important and Key. I enjoy negotiating, matching the right tenants to their ideal property, managing a lettings portfolio and ensuring landlords and tenants experience the very best lettings service. I really enjoy working as part of the Saxe Coburg team, everyone works together creating a friendly, professional, honest and welcoming atmosphere.

In my spare time I like to dine in new restaurants, hit the gym, explore around different countries and spend quality time with family and friends.

Lesley Newcombe

Sales Manager


I have worked for the company since February 2012 and previously worked for both independent and corporate estate agents. I am committed in assisting all my clients in a professional and honest manner with a clear understanding of their requirements. Achieving objectives and identifying client’s needs is my priority as well as sharing best working practice with my colleagues. 

In my spare time I like to do Yoga and enjoy representing the company in a local skittles league and I’m proud to be the winner of the Mixed Doubles Cup !

Lynn Kravos

Sales Manager


I was born in Leeds and lived there until 2002 with the majority of my working life spent within the financial sector. It was after moving to Bournemouth that I decided on a career change and began working for corporate Estate Agents in Ferndown. I quickly realised this industry was my passion and enjoyed developing the skills needed to become a successful agent. I take pride in my attention to detail and levels of customer service and believe this is a major contribution to the repeat business we get. I have worked within the company since May 2012.

Emma New


Emma has worked in many industries previously including Estate Agency, Insurance Sales and Advertising as well as working on board Super Yachts and running a bar in the French Alps. She has acquired extensive experience within her various roles, all of which have required organisation, great communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. She is enjoying being back within an office environment and is hoping to develop the role further in time.

Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, looking after her two young girls, keeping fit, cooking, camping and skiing when she can!
